The issue I have the most concern for is the lives of youth in post-war Liberia in particular I am concerned about finding a solution to many of the problems these youth face today and into the future. It is no secret that Liberia has gone through a devastating fourteen years of armed conflict, which took the lives of thousands of people. Now a day, I am highly inspired by the poor rage pickers and laborers who remain happy and work more than 18 hours in a day in order to sustain. As food, water and air are required for survival; inspiration, motivation and the nonstop struggle of life signifies a person’s self-growth and achievement. The main source of inspiration for me has always been the “change makers,” those, especially youth, who work outside their comfort zone to resolve youth issues and empower other youth.
